 Secret Harbor saves children in danger of losing their connections and place in the community by providing the structure and stability they need to develop healthy relationships. Our Staffed Residential Treatment Homes, Foster Care Resources Foster Homes and Family Connections Program provide safe places for even the toughest kids to learn to succeed, using and building on their own strengths. We restore their laughter, dignity and place in the community. Our focus is on helping families work and stay together, and connecting children to their forever homes.
Secret Harbor's mission is "to provide a broad spectrum of services and programs to children, their families and individuals of all ages to support their safety, growth, success and independence." Our offices are located in Burlington, Washington with foster homes throughout Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island Counties - and residential treatment homes in Burlington and Sedro Woolley.
