Brian Carroll -President and CEO Brian Carroll was appointed CEO of Secret Harbor in 1994 after serving four years as the Clinical Director of the Agency. Brian has worked in the field of children's mental health since 1978 spending his initial career in the Juvenile Justice System at Echo Glen Children's Center. At Secret Harbor, Brian oversees all aspects of the Agency leading a dynamic Management Team of professionals. He received his Bachelors Degree in Community Services from Seattle University in 1979 and his Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 1983. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington.
Brian is actively involved in advocacy efforts in the Not for Profit Social Service field on both a State and National Level. He is on the Executive Board of the Washington Coalition for Children in Care (WSCCC) and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Children and Families, the leading National association for non-profit human services organizations. He is a Past President of the American Association of Children's Residential Centers (AACRC) having served on its Board of Directors for 12 years. As a social worker and leader in the field of residential care, Brian conducts workshops on a State and National Level on Critical Incident Management and has served as an expert witness in multiple court cases.
Brian and his wife and children live in Anacortes where he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Anacortes Family Center serving homeless families in Skagit County.

Jenn Ryan -Director of Residential Programs Jenn has worked with Secret Harbor for over 14 years. She started her tenure as a group care counselor on Cypress Island. She went on to teach in the island school, led summer work crew at Deception Pass and worked as a case manager up until the closure of the island program in 2008. At that time, Jenn became the Program Director for the John D. Macdonald Home in Anacortes and the Robert Fleming Home in Sedro Woolley. She is currently the Director of the Residential Programs for Secret Harbor as well as the case manager for the Lillian Johnson Home.
Jenn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington and currently is a Board Member for the American Association of Children's Residential Centers. She lives in Whatcom County with her family, enjoying looking for the positives in life, humor in daily situations and all things dark chocolate.

Lisa Falconer- Director of Foster Care Resources Lisa joined Secret Harbor in 1998 as a Support Specialist for Foster Care Resources. Subsequently, Lisa has served as a Program Manager, Assistant Director and was appointed to the Director position in January of 2008. As Director of Foster Care Resources, Lisa supervises and oversees daily program operations, screens referrals and makes placements, negotiates and maintains client contracts and participates in program development.
Prior to Secret Harbor, Lisa worked as a Program Manager for Head Start and was employed by Skagit Valley College for several years as a Parent Educator. Lisa has worked for over 30 years in the field of Human Services.
Lisa hasa Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. from Western Washington University and a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology from City University . Lisa and her family live in the foothills of the Cascades. They enjoy traveling, animals and outdoor activities

Deborah Moskowitz - Director of Companions and Care Deborah has many years of experience working with seniors and people with disabilities. She is responsible for assessing client needs, hiring and screening qualified caregivers, and matching the right caregiver to a client to ensure the client's satisfaction.
Deborah has a BA from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree from Western Oregon University. Deborah is co-chair of the Skagit Elder Alliance, a community-based coalition dedicated to raising awareness of and preventing elder abuse, and is a board member for the Peer Connections Drop-In Center in Mount Vernon.

Al Lewandowski - Director of Administration/CFO Al joined Secret Harbor in 2004 with a wealth of experience of the administrative side of treatment services. He supervises and directs agency finances, facilities, risk management, IT and fundraising. For the 12 years prior to joining Secret Harbor, Al was the Associate Director for Finance and Facilities for Ryther Child Center.He has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from North Park College in Chicago and a MBA in Finance and Operations from Northwestern University.
Residing in Bellingham with his family, Al spends time reading, hiking with his dogs and overanalyzing baseball games.
