Foster Care Resources
Our sole focus is to help at-risk boys and girls learn how to live successfully in their community. We provide safe places and the right support, therapy and training for the community's children and the families who care for them. Secret Harbor also provides a range of structured foster homes to support children needing everything from regular foster care to intensive treatment foster care.

Staffed Residential Treatment Homes
We help at-risk boys make positive behavioral changes in a protected environment. We treat all causes of behavioral problems using therapeutic services and life education to help each child achieve the skills needed to return to healthy, community-based living.

"Family Connections": In Home Services
Secret Harbor’s Community Care Model incorporates best practice principles in each setting and allows youth and their families to access services needed at any point of the continuum. With the ongoing goal of helping families obtain a permanent solution for what is hoped to be temporary circumstance, Secret Harbor is committed to its role as a strong and flexible resource for those children and youth in need of our services in conjunction with the Washington State DSHS.
