Lisa Falconer
Director Foster Care Resources
Lisa joined Secret Harbor in 1998 as a Support Specialist for Foster Care Resources. Subsequently, Lisa has served as a Program Manager, Assistant Director and was recently appointed to the Director position in January of 2008. As Director of Foster Care Resources, Lisa supervises and oversees daily program operations, screens referrals and makes placements, negotiates and maintains client contracts and participates in program development.
Prior to her employment with Secret Harbor, Lisa worked as a Program Manager for Head Start and was employed by Skagit Valley College for several years as a Parent Educator. Lisa has worked for over 30 years in the field of Human Services.
Lisa is a graduate of Western Washington University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Lisa earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from City University in Bellevue, Washington. (June)
Lisa, her husband and two daughters live in the foothills of the Cascades. The family enjoys traveling, animals and outdoor activities.
